We’re not here for profit.
We’re here because sometimes things are hard.
And sometimes – we have a little warmth and strength we want to share.

1. 🤝 We build on trust

• We talk honestly about our situations – even if it feels awkward or vulnerable.
  
• We trust each other unless there’s a real reason not to.
  
• We don’t pretend we’re in crisis when we’re just feeling lazy or unmotivated.
  

2. 🔁 We’re not only here to receive

• If you have the capacity – offer help to someone else.
  Even a small gesture like a walk, a mea, or a kind word can mean a lot.
  
• We don’t count who gives or takes more – but we do care about balance.
  

3. 🧭 We know the difference between need and convenience

• If you’re asking for help because you truly can’t manage alone – you’re in the right place.
  
• If you’re trying to save effort or money but could solve it yourself – pause and ask:
  Do I really need help, or is this just more convenient?

4. 💬 We speak honestly, with kindness

5. 🫶 We respect each other

• No woman here is obligated to help if she’s not in the right space.
  
• “Sorry, I can’t right now” is a valid and respectful answer.
  
• We don’t judge requests – we simply choose whether we can respond.

6. 🔒 We take care of each other’s safety

• We don’t share other people’s stories without permission.
  
• We don’t ask for proof or “receipts” – but if something doesn’t feel right, we speak to the moderation team.

It’s about care, honesty, and respect.
We’re building a space where every woman can fall and be caught – and become a support for someone else, when she’s ready.
